PITTURA, 2024 student project, on its way to Los Angeles!
The work of ARTFX students has once again been honored with the nomination of PITTURA (film 2024) at the VES Awards in Los Angeles, a benchmark event that annually celebrates visual effects excellence and innovation in the audiovisual industry, in the “Outstanding Special Effects in a Student Film” category.

ARTFX School honored again at the VES Awards in 2025!
On Tuesday, January 14, 2025, the Visual Effects Society (VES) unveiled the list of nominees for the 23ᵉ edition of the VES Awards, the benchmark event that celebrates visual effects excellence and innovation in the audiovisual industry every year.
Among prestigious productions such as Dune: Part II, Le Robot Sauvage, or the series Shōgun and The Penguin, ARTFX once again stands out thanks to the student short film PITTURA, selected in the “Outstanding Visual Effects in a Student Project” category. This latest VES nomination testifies to the talent and exceptional work of the team behind this graduation project. The PITTURA team is now on the fast track to a promising career!
