Tired of being locked up in a vivarium, exposed to the gaze of humans who see them as monsters, a motley crew of some of Australia’s most dangerous animals hatch a daring plan to escape the zoo. Their goal is to reach the outback where no one will judge them for their fangs and scales. Maddie, a venomous snake with a big heart, leads the group, accompanied by Zoe, a strong-willed little lizard, Frank, a lovesick tarantula, and Nigel, an emotional scorpion. But when their sworn enemy Little Kitty, a koala bear as cute as he is unbearable, joins them in their escape, Maddie and her gang have no choice but to take him with them. A hilarious road trip across Australia begins, where the little group tries to escape the zookeeper Chaz and his miniature clone in need of adventure.
