International Students Coordinator Teacher of English & French as a Foreign Language Academic and administration teamsCarole Maccotta, a teacher of English and French as a Foreign Language, has just returned from New York, USA, where she spent some fifteen years as a teacher-researcher in the field of cultural history, in particular the history of performance from a postcolonial perspective. The field of artistic interculturality is one of her passions, and she has published and presented her extensive research on this subject in the USA and France. She also taught French as a Foreign Language for many years, in the USA and Australia, and was CPE for an international student program before joining ARTFX. She holds a Master's degree in French as a Foreign Language from the Université Paul Valery in Montpellier, France, and a PhD in French literature/cultural studies from UNC-Chapel Hill University (USA).
