Konigzman is a seasoned Lille street kid; he loves drinking beer cans and roaming the streets until late. Louise, a student at the Smegma Bizness School, has a diabolical plan: to turn the city into a giant Krfour City! More control, fewer hobos! Konigzman will have no choice but to beat the crap out of her to restore the chill in the streets of the capital of the 59th department.
