Asterix: The Domain of the Gods

We are in 50 BC, all of Gaul is occupied by the Romans … All of it ? No! because a village populated by die-hard Gauls is still resisting the invader. Exasperated by the situation, Julius Caesar decides to change tactics: since his armies are unable to impose themselves by force, it is Roman civilization itself that will seduce these barbaric Gauls. So he had a luxurious residential estate built next to the village for Roman owners: the domain of the Gods. Will our Gallic friends resist the lure of Roman gain and comfort? Will their village become a mere tourist attraction? Asterix and Obelix will do everything they can to thwart Caesar’s plans.
