Mercand
This is an economic management game, historical, which takes place in France and more precisely in the county of Forez which corresponds to the current department of the Loire, in a context of hundred years war. The player will embody a merchant who will have to take the economic control of the region and found his own commercial empire.
The player will face the environment, whether it is the disorder orchestrated by the conflict or by the climatic hazards, historical or not, which will affect his game.
The main objective of the game will be for the player to acquire a certain amount of money and a certain number of workshops in each of the cities, five in total, which will be at his disposal.
The game is meant to be realistic, not in the graphics, but in the context and its environment. For this we worked with a certain number of iconographic references but especially with a university professor, who has been following us since the beginning of the project.
